Kodamon is Akira’s partner Digimon. She wears her heart on her sleeves, and can be very emotional at times. She is mission-oriented, focused, and unable to stand by and do nothing if there’s even a slim chance she could do something to help the situation. This sometimes leaves her unable to relax, unwind and have fun, which often puts her at odds with Gazimon. Like Akira, Kodamon also suffers from partial amnesia, though she doesn’t acknowledge it, preferring to believe it isn’t a problem until it actually becomes a problem.
